In the beginning of 2018, the Memorial Church of the Holy Spirit officially joined other pearls of European heritage emphasising common European values because it officially received the European Heritage Label by the European Commission.
The unveiling of the European Heritage Label on the memorial church in Javorca took place on May 10, 2018.
In 2018, the exhibition entitled Memorial Church of the Holy Spirit in Javorca – »Basilica of Peace«, which was prepared by the Tolmin Museum, also visited Villach (Austria), Prague (Czech Republic) and Rijeka (Croatia).
